Well, I've gat a 1970 AMX that I bought new, and it still works (that's an
American Motors automobile). Most products don't suddenly quit working (with
the possible exception of MicroSoft products) just because they are no
longer being made or the manufactures went out of business. My XLR8 (aka
Interex) Carrier Card and USB card are still humming along and probably will
be when the power supply gives out on my S900 and the universe is a cold
lump of cosmic slag the size of an electron.
