I couldn't agree more and also that I am in the same boat as you.
The cumulative amount spent on the original purchase and various upgrades is
staggering....
I am happy to have a stable 9.1 and it will be a major step for me to start
tinkering with X.

It would be interesting to see if the dozen 1.3 gb MO cartridges and Hammer
drive still works under X.
