Alan,
I've used Coaster, a free app (search Version Tracker for the latest rev) 
that works very well. The toughest part is exactly where you are having 
the problem, getting it to break between the tracks. With Coaster you can 
set the threshhold for when it starts a new file, it works fairly well if 
you have a clean LP and a good needle, the problems arise if you have 
alot of noise in the dead areas.

For $50 there is the shareware Sound Studio which captures the complete 
side and then shows you a waveform which you can use to break up the 
individual tracks, a little easier than having to try to grab the 
individual tracks as they go by.
