I think Sound Sculptor is pretty neat. As I recall it can do more than just two tracks (like 8, I think) and has a bunch of "filters" for modifying the sounds too. Add your own echo, play stuff backwards, that kind of stuff. More versatile than either Coaster or Spin Doctor. It can be downloaded at sculptorii <http://www.members.aol.com/sculptorii/>. It's shareware for $30, but well worth the money.
I like Coaster too. The "snip" feature is a great idea. You can record one side of a LP and just snip at the end of every song without stopping. It's especially handy when you're doing one of those "live" albums and want to mark tracks where there aren't any spaces.
