Sure do.  A super easy method to create a bootable cd using the OS you have
on your drive is to use Iomegaware 3.5.  In the Tools, it has a feature that
creates a bootable zip disk.  Basically it is an image and you can copy this
directly to a fresh cdr.  The only requirement seems to be that you need to
have a Zip or Jaz drive in order for the app to function.

If you only have zip, then it will be a minimal OS.  If you have a Jaz, then
it will create the full OS.  You can also add utilities to the cd as
desired. 
Of course, you can create a bootable Zip or Jaz disk while you're at it.

That's one option anyhow...
