This can be done quite easily. The S900 doesn't require you to have monitor attached, most models don't have to, but if you use some form of remote desktop (VNC etc) nothing will show because the video buffer (?) will have no data in it. You should be able to simply set up the software, shutdown, unplug everything, and the press the power button. Do put VNC or its ilk on though, it will make your job easier. A USB card wouldn't be a bad idea either, then you can hot swap keyboards and mice when needed. I used a IIfx, IIci, Quadra 700, PM 6500, and a Dell Optiplex all in this manner.
