Thanks, Pete. You stated my own position very elegantly. I, too, 
prefer top posting for the reasons you mentioned, but have no problem 
with bottom posters. The most important points - as you mentioned - 
are to adequately trim posts and to maintain the general courtesy and 
tolerance that makes this list so pleasant and informative an 
experience.
