Hi, This message often means that the hard disk is full. Many applications produce "Temporary" files that should be automatically deleted when you quit from the program but, especially in OS 9.04, it doesn't always happen. These files are invisible to the finder but using "File Buddy" or a similar program will let you see and delete them. File Buddy will also let you see and change the type and creator codes on files. This will allow you to check the problem Quark files. Look at the file info on a working file and compare it to a non opening one. If the codes are different change the bad file's to match the good. For OS 9.04 you want version 6 of File Buddy.
