Offhand: This machine will no display video if the RAM is not properly seated. The machine uses system RAM for video. If the driver for the video card from the Power Computing clone was not present, I don't think it would work, either.
I got one on eBay that arrived with processor and RAM loose and thought it was dead. You might try resetting the CUDA switch. It's a small (I think black on this machine) button on the motherboard. It's located somewhere around the PCI slot (I think if I recall behind them). Press the button and hold it down for 30 seconds or so. Alternavitely you could try booting the machine and holding down the cmd-opt-"r"-"p"to zap the parameter RAM from the keyboard. I had an S900 that I had to do wthat with.
