At least on my system in the ASP and FWB using OS 9.1, the VST card itself
is viewed as a SCSI Device not IDE.  And the connected IDE devices are seen
as on a SCSI bus.  If someone else's VST card is seen as an IDE card in ASP,
(assuming that's where you mean), I'd like to hear.

But this sure has opened up an interesting set of questions as to which IDE
card I should choose.  If whether being seen as IDE or SCSI device makes a
difference to the attached devices or the system?
