One thing I really should do in support of this project is share the article titles from the original KnowledgeBase -- so that everyone knows what's already covered there. I'm just not sure when I'm going to time to do this with the massive overload of work I currently have.
There are ~300 KnoweldgeBase records and they cover a LOT of information (partly my excuse for why I've only scrubbed about half of them so far). But even with my updates and rewrites, the basic content is five years old. What none of them cover is modern issues: how to install OS X, what G3/G4 upgrades are recommended, what Firewire/USB/ATA cards are recommended (and in what installation configruations), how to adapt a PC case/power supply, where to find parts, and so on. This is not to say that modern updates by active list'ers wouldn't be a worthy cause -- just that there are current issues that the KB doesn't hit at all. -Kennedy SuperMac Insider (http://home.earthlink.net/~supermac_insider/) -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
