I agree on the "Frequency" stress and a goal to limit the topics. Perhaps the last could be a "Other Questions" or "What's in the Knowledge Base" that summarizes and provides links to the KB records. I was just thinking of ways to avoid duplicate coverage by providing, for example, links to parts of your Insider site (WYP, of course).
