That's essentially the approach I'm taking with the KnowledgeBase -- the only manageable approach I could think of for ~300 records. I would suggest that the FAQs really stress the "Frequently" part. About 20 - 30 , at most, is what we tried to keep the list to back in the Umax days. Personally, I see any content beyond that as being potential new KB records, with all proper attribution to the author. On that last point, I think linking to others' articles and content is fine, but I'm not comfortable hsoting someone else's written work into my site without their written permission.
