Hi Guys Well, my two $15 64mb memory sticks off eBay are on their way :o) I have a umax scanner, also, but it's a usb model. Does the c500 support a usb pci card? Is it a question of upgrading the OS? I run 7.6.1 but have copies of 8.5 and 8.1.... While I was in a thrift shop scrounging around for mac cables and such, I came across an original mac performa restore cd with guide to reinstalling software..doesn't say which performa but its vintage 1994 ver 7.1P6. I know this is a supermac list ;o) but if anyone has a use for this email me, reimburse me 99 cents plus postage and I'll send it to you. Alice I'm not a complete idiot; parts of me are missing.
