Assuming the 120GXP is an extra drive you installed and the computer is
running off another drive;

You should be able to acquire and format/partition the drive with Apple
Drive Setup.

If the ATP-860 and he 120GXP is new to your computer, you'll have to make
sure the ATP-860 card is compatible with your system and that it's installed
and functioning properly first.
