Yes, I think APC has "line conditioners" as standalone units.
However, I am referring to the smart boost and smart trim feature in their
UPS units.
Dispite your client's misfortune, I have no reason to believe either one of
my BackUPS will fry my equipment.
I think the unit offered "Line conditioning" as well as a 15 minute backup if
main power source was interrupted. Just throwing out a caution.
