I was checking prices both at e-Bay and at their website.
Are they selling only through e-Bay and setting their prices with "buy it
now" option with the possibility that the auction could end with a lower
price ?
Or is the "buy it now" price their minimum ?
You can tell I hardly spend time at e-Bay, huh ?

No they aren't just selling on ebay. Not everything at the website is available on ebay. In general the faster G3/4 upgrades aren't offered on ebay. It may also be a way of selling used and return items. The "buy it now" option is for people who don't want to take their chances on bidding and are willing to pay the asked price. Once a bid is made on the item for sell this option disappears even if the bid is for less then the asking "buy it now price". So even if this option is used by the seller the selling price can end up being less. This is an ebay option and has nothing to do with the seller other then he doesn't have to offer this option.
