Yes, there are. I'm sure I've seen some that are Mac compatible, but I also know that not all are Mac compatible. I've only used one on my Windows PC, and it was the type that's only for PCs, so I don't have any experience on the Mac with these. There are also SCSI to Ethernet adapters available.
