One of these is the Asante Mini EN/SC. Mine has BNC
and RJ45 connectors on it. I'm not sure about software
or machine compatibility though. These are VERY old
and require an extension to work, as I recall. (No
OSX) Termination and SCSI IDs are set by switches. 
Also, there is only one SCSI port on it, so you need a
special cable to use any other SCSI devices. Requires
a 800 mA volt wall wart as well.
