FWIW: My loving wife is now using my beloved C600 but I'm hoping in the not too distant future to get a later version iMac and get her on X. I'd like to turn the C600 into a router/gateway/home server. Ideally, I'd like to find a copy of Apple's server package before X and load that on the C600. That would be fairly tough to crack, I'd think. Linux/BSD on a C600 still requires a Mac bootable partition and not mature enough, IHMO, as the x86 versions. Workable, but a lot of effort required.
