Actually, there are lots of folks here running OS X on J700s and S900s. My S900 has a Sonnet G4/450, 688 megs RAM, a 32 meg Radeon 7000 video card, 3 SCSI hard drives and an IDE CD-ROM. It has run every version of OS X from 10.0 thru the current 10.3.2.
