Gregg, I strongly suggest you run either a Norton or TTPro diagnostic on the
drive using the IDE interface.  I test lots of hard drives.  You may isolate
your problem by doing this.  If it's media related, DW is not inclined to
fix or find the problem.  Norton and TTPro however are designed to for media
issues. HDTK also can but the error won't be as easy to identify.
