doesn't need the EDO but can use it. The C series machines required EDO

Order a 128 meg NON-EDO 5v FPM dimm from OWC.
all of your RAM and install the new dimm in a slot.been
Try booting with the non-EDO memory only. I've
told that EDO is a bit slower than non-EDO memory. That may be causing a problem.XLR8
Definately install any Sonnet software that they suggest to install. The fix for OS X may be in the software.
I can tell you that my S900 is rock solid with an
zif carrier card (www.xlr8.com) and a Powerlogix900
sticksmhz G3 zif. Good luck George
