The other card has a rom labled: Twin Turbo Cemax DB5, Revision 3.8C. It seems to be hard wired to a resolution of 1600x1200, 66 Hz - way out of range of the monitors I have. There are no other resolutions listed as available. When connected with another monitor on the motherboard connector it seems to mirror the other monitor as close as I can tell. There is obviously no dicernable picture but the flickering is in sync with the other monitor when something happens. There are 2 sets of jumper pads near the center of the card labeled JP1 and JP2. JP2 has pins 1 and 2, 7 and 8, and 9 and 10, connected by wires soldered onto the board. The other card has similar pads but has removeable jumpers at 1 and 2 on JP2 and 3 and 4 on JP1. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
