Sorry about the confusion. The card is an XLR8 carrier card and it has what I guess looks like a little box with 10 switches that you flip on or off. There are no other things to change. Does this make any sense?

Ok I've done a major search . I've found some links that may of had the needed info at one time but the links are now all missing or dead.
What info is on the Carrier card? Model number etc. The 10 jumper model is either an older one or perhaps the discontinued Carrier Zif SSE model. It was made for use with G4 Zif's and 6 PCI slot Macs that had issues with G4 Zifs. It also worked with other machines and Zif's but sold for more money so no need to buy unless you needed it. Daystar now offers a software fix for the G4 Zif issue. It didn't effect the Umax machines. So post a model number and I'll do another search and if need be email the owner of Daystar for help.
