The fact that you didn't hear the startup chimes is significant. Leave the
RAM out. With the power OFF take out the original processor card, push the
CUDA switch, put in your G4 processor board and try to start up. If that
doesn't work take out the G4 push the CUDA, and put in the original
processor card. Try to startup. If that doesn't work take out the original
card push the CUDA, put in the G4 and try to start up.
