Well. I see, thanks for the logs. 1. Are your PCs connected over WiFi or cable? Try to connect one of the PCs over a cable - so the LAN from the camera to a PC would be wired only. 2. If you kill the streamer process and start it manually it will be displaying errors at the output. So it should report an error when mplayer crashes.
