Could you let us know what you needed to do? My Go menu was enabled
fine, it would probably help us to know what went wrong, in order to

I only solved finding the setting that keeps messages on the server
after download. I did not solve the "Go" menu problem (Problem 1 in my
original message). Finding an answer for Problem 1 has me totally
stumped.
