:-) the recipient should know his name :-)

If there is just one recipient. Who is "You" if there are multiple TO:
or CC: recipients in the reply?

We did not ask this when using "Reply to all", but only when using "Reply" ... there is only one ... "You" which is the sender of the original mail.
