While I know you have your reasons, I personally have never seen the
need to add such inline 'headers' to a Reply. I feel that the
recipient (the sender of that content) should know what he sent, and
when.
But ... If he want to look at their "mail sent" folder he will
retrieve rapidly his mail ...

:-) the recipient should know his name :-)
If there is just one recipient. Who is "You" if there are multiple TO:
or CC: recipients in the reply?
We did not ask this when using "Reply to all", but only when using
"Reply" ... there is only one ... "You" which is the sender of the
original mail.
