It crossed my mind, but they route through Asia I think. Apparently the
cable will be done by tonight, I'm sure I can live without newsgroups
for a day if that is it.
Newsgroup access seems entirely normal again.
It does seem strange, however, that SeaMonkey (or Thunderbird) doesn't
report any form of error.
I'll let that comment stand, perhaps someone will look into it one day.
