Karl, this is a problem that used to happen, often, on Windows machines,
but I cannot tell what OS you are using (Whats Warp 4.5??).
If you had been using Windows, I would have suggested that you press
Ctrl-Alt-Delete to have a look at the processes still running and if you
saw SeaMonkey listed as still running, to end process it.
This should have fixed your problem, but as you may not be using
Windows, this advise might not be much good.
