I certainly should :)   Unfortunately, no.
Are you using Windows?  The options I have on the top bar are
  File  Edit  View  Go  Bookmarks  Tools  Window  Help
maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see a "SM Preferences" or
"Navigator" option to click on anywhere..
