It is a cloud implementation. You must download it anyway if you wish
to see the .gif image. The cloud implementation does not automatically
get loaded into your browser.
I don't see how any clouds are related. It appears as pure server
misconfiguration to me, failing to state the correct MIME type
(Content-Type) of the served resource. There's a convenient cure I've
pointed out another reply of mine to this thread.
