Too Many Junk Folders

When I first downloaded and installed Seamonkey Mail, I did not have a 
Junk folder.  So, I created one.  Now I have two.  The one I created is 
a subfolder of the Trash folder.  The other is a Local folder.  Which 
one should I eliminate?
