Unfortunately, the height and width print settings in the about:config file appear to correct:
...print_paper_data 256 ...print_paper_height 11.00 ...print_paper_size_type 0 ...print_paper_size_unit 0 ...print_paper_width 8.50 I've also come to realize that it's not just the email but even printing a page from the browser. And it affects Firefox, too. This appears to be something new 'cause I know I've printed web pages recently and they were fine.
