I wrote that code that forces a certain set of zoom levels. And I didn't

Yes I would like a different set of zoom levels.

In previous versions I used the NoSquint extension. While it will install it isn't working in 2.1b3.

This bug discusses the need for finer zoom control:

I'm still not clear on why the user can't set zoom ranges or why it's necessary to use those defaults.
