Why to untick this? If I want to throttle mailnews as much as possible, would I not want to tick it?
But what does this option mean exactly when ticked? Does it mean that mailnews will only consume resources when a mailnews window is open?
BTW, the items in the SeaMonkey Help for this General screen do not seem to correspond to the application itself.
