The easy way with a PDF file open in Acrobat in SeaMonkey is to hit F8, which toggles the Acrobat toolbar on or off. You can also mouse over the document window and click the last button on the toolbar that automagically appears at the bottom (the Acrobat logo).
Better yet, you can edit your prefs under Helper Applications to have PDFs open in the standalone Acrobat program (which BTW is the default). That way you have the full functionality independent of whatever SM chooses to do.
