Is on-demand loading a user-controlled setting? I've never noticed any real delay in advancing pages in a PDF opened in a browser tab. The behavior seems to vary between files; often it takes a good while to open even the first page of a really big PDF file, but I've never noticed a similar delay in subsequent pages. Maybe page turning isn't quite as snappy as having the PDF open in Acrobat, but in normal reading I've never noticed a problem. > I ended up disabling the PDF plugin entirely. I don't do that because Adobe Acrobat is very slow to load, even on a fast computer. It sounds like you open PDFs in Reader instead, which may be less cumbersome; I'll try it. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
