I would have tried to help, but I only access the groups once a day.
When I saw the thread, the issue had already been solved. I didn't
attempt to "judge" or "ridicule" you; I was trying to EXPLAIN why what
you seemed to be asking for was impractical.

I'm also a long-term user, since Netscape 2.0 or thereabouts. I'm not a
developer but I'm in the networking business for about that long. So I
know about impatient users and wanting solutions. Yes, I want them too.
But I know better than go *insulting* people who are trying to help you
for free. Particularly for a product that didn't cost you a single cent.

Nobody said anything of the sort. What they said was that correct target
to your complaints should be Symantec, because this was not a problem
with Seamonkey, but with Norton. It's Symantec's job to fix it, not
Seamonkey's.
