Is this nifty feature going to be part of Seamonkey as well?

Some users might find Reset useful. However, it removes all extensions.

I have 18 extensions installed in SeaMonkey. I rely upon almost all of
them at least once a day if not more often. Reinstalling them would be
a bother.

Furthermore, removing AdBlock Plus would remove all the custom filters
that I setup over a period of three years. Removing PrefBar would
remove custom buttons that I created over a period of four years. I
really would not appreciate having to redo all that.

Thus, I would likely never use Reset.

One nice feature in Opera is that it has a user selection to reset
about:config to default(s) without touching anything else...*that* would
be a nice feature to have in SM.

Exit seamonkey, remove prefs.js from your profile, and start it again.

Very severe "solution". All customizations lost, accounts lost, etc. you would be better to advocate creating a new profile and re-creating mail and news account anew.

That is a horribly drastic "solution."
