For the toolbar, go to [View> Show/Hide] on the main SeaMonkey menu
bar. If there is a checkmark for Bookmarks Toolbar, check that item to
toggle it and remove the checkmark.
I did that about 10 years ago. I want to permanently remove the folder too.
