I don't use from the Bookmarks dropdown list. It should be possible
in the BM but isn't.
IIUC, those 'folders' are just database queries which aren't performed
unless you click on them, so there's not anything to delete.
If you don't want to see them in the drop-down, userChrome.css will do
it. E.g,
#unsortedBookmarksFolderMenu { display: none ! important; }
...no joy. But if there really is a way to make this work using CSS,
