I just went there again on both Fx and SM. On Fx, I got no cookie prompt. (I accept only first party cookies, and am asked the first time I visit a site. These have always been my settings on both browsers going back many years.
On Sea Monkey, I got a prompt when I visited there again just now! I should not have gotten it. In Sea Monkey cookie manager, the cookies there are listed as blocked. So, SM should have gone directly to the site with no cookie prompt. It should behave exactly the same as Fx, Opera or IE 10 behave as all my browsers have the same cookie settings. Only Sea Monkey keeps prompting for a cookie there after I have told SM to block all cookies there.
For some reason, SM is not seeing the block it claims to have applied to all cookies at that site.
