With JavaScript disabled (my default), cookie action appeared normal in
SeaMonkey 2.17.1 under WinXP SP3. HTH

Sorry, Richard, but what do you mean by "cookie action appeared normal"??

Are you saying that if you deny a cookie at a site and have the "Remember for this site" ticked, you are never presented with a request for what to do with a cookie from that site ever again??
