Only in the sense that all browsers enable you to browse the web. Most
of the expected basic features are the same. We don't have some of the
more fancier stuff like Panorama (aka Tab Candy) and about:home. We do
have Sync, safe browsing, and some experimental private browsing (needs
more testing).

Out of the box SeaMonkey is more configurable.
