I found that regular cleaning could keep a roller ball mouse going for
years. I had a Logitec that lasted 6-7 years till the buttons
basically fell apart.
I clean it regularely ... but after a certain time (many years usage)
... when i move the mouse on the right, the cursor goes on the right
and when i moved the mouse on the left, the cursor stays on plce,
without any movement ...
