Smithy, I had to re-read your last para several times to work out what
you were saying!! Then I read/absorbed the "somewhere other than the POP
connection", so you are suggesting, if I'm sending e-mails from my
'phone, I should save me sent messages in its inbox, so that they will
be on the server, and get downloaded onto my pop-enabled computer e-mail
client.
That even makes sense!!
I currently handle this by automatically Bccing myself when I send and
E-mail on my phone. Then I set my filters in Seamonkey/Thunderbird to
move any e-mail from myself to the sent folder. This way I have a local
copy of any e-mail I send from my phone.
