Because SeaMonkey is free and includes a HTML editor, it's included in the CDROMs that come with several HTML authoring books (e.g. Dummies guide to ...) and probably those books reference the SeaMonkey Composer component. We know this is true because every now and then the SeaMonkey Council address gets email from someone asking permission to include SM with their [NAME OF BOOK REDACTED].
