Some, not all, of the Verizon pages are still using SSL 3.0.
Perhaps you turned 'off' the SSL 3.0 option in Privacy & Security?


WB3 - Thank you for the input, I checked SSL settings and SSL 3.0 is Enabled. I tried unchecking and rechecking the box, along with clearing cache and cookies and still a challenge to log on to the system.

At a loss on this one... but thank you regardless.
